    OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
    Brock Bagozzi, Marist

    Bagozzi had a touchdown as a runner, passer, and receiver in Marist’s 30-25 PFL victory at Drake, Saturday. As a passer, he completed 25-of-38 passes for 257 yards and a touchdown. Using his legs, Bagozzi added 12 yards and a touchdown on seven carries. Capping his day, he caught a four-yard touchdown pass from wide receiver Scott Scherzer. His three touchdowns accounted for Marist’s first three scores of the game. His nine-yard touchdown pass to Glenmour Leonard-Osbourne opened the Red Foxes’ scoring. Bagozzi’s touchdown reception put Marist ahead for good at 14-10 in the second quarter, and his touchdown run came with 45 seconds left in the first half and gave Marist a 24-10 lead at the break. His 25 completions went to 11 different receivers.

    Ensley had a breakout day, punctuated by a pick-six, in Stetson’s 38-26 PFL victory against Morehead State, Saturday. He led Stetson with eight tackles (four solo), 1.5 tackles for loss, two interceptions, a pass breakup and a blocked punt. His first interception of the day came in the end zone, denying Morehead State a touchdown in the first quarter. Ensley’s second interception came in the second quarter and his 32-yard return helped give Stetson the lead at 14-13. Later in the second quarter, Ensley blocked a punt in Morehead State territory and Stetson turned it into a touchdown for a 28-13 lead, which proved to be the game-winning touchdown.

    SPECIAL TEAMS PLAYER OF THE WEEK
    TJ Magee, Davidson

    (Fr., S, Denham Springs, Louisiana)

    Magee returned the opening kickoff 89 yards for a touchdown to help set an early tone in Davidson’s 56-24 PFL victory against Presbyterian, Saturday. It is his second kickoff return for a touchdown this season, joining a 97-yarder against Barton in Week 2. He is the only FCS kick returner with two touchdowns this season and is averaging 58.5 yards per kick return in 2022.
